By downloading or using Folded, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Folded lets you write letters to your future self, seal them, and read them on a date you choose. Your letters are stored only on your device. You're responsible for the content you create and for keeping your device and its backups secure.
Folded Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Everything you write stays yours. Folded doesn't claim ownership of your letters, and because they never leave your device, we never see them.
Folded is provided without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for any loss of data. Because your letters live only on your device, keeping backups is your responsibility.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with a new date.
